For Marinate -
* Fish of your choice [Pomfret/Seer] - 500 gms
* Red Chillie powder - 1 tsp
* Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander powder - 1 + 1/2 tsp
* Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
* Salt - For taste
* Water [For making paste] - 2-3 tbsp
For Frying -
Oil - 3-4 tbsp
Cooking -
Mix all the ingredients mentioned above for the marinate and let the Fish marinate for atleast an hour. Fry the Fish pieces in the warm Oil in a wok, giving atleast 5-7 mins for each side on medium flame. Using a fork we can check if the Fish is adequately cooked.
Note - The cooking time would also depend on the type and the size of the Fish piece.
